Job Description
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to provide status updates, clarify requests, and ensure timely completion of assigned quality actions.
- 2. Review and support closure of aged SIRS complaints, including data validation, documentation updates, and preparation for approval.
- 3. Compile, organize, and maintain audit documentation for internal, supplier, customer, and third-party audits to ensure readiness and completeness.
- 4. Track, update, and follow up on corrective actions and CAPAs, including status updates and effectiveness documentation.
- 5. Support customer questionnaires and certification requests by gathering required records and coordinating cross-functional inputs.
- 6. Perform quality system data integrity checks and cleanup to improve accuracy and reporting reliability.
- 7. Compile and maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and trackers, including complaint aging, audit status, and CAPA progress.
- 8. It is imperative that the ideal candidate have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- 9. SAP, Tableau, MS Teams Experience is a Plus
Preferred Experience:
-ASQ/ ISO/ Green Belt/ HAACP Certified
