Position Summary
Support Quality workstreams relating to Post Merger Integration (PMI)
Duties and Responsibilities

Support pillars of integration related to Metrics, ISO Standard and Bosch QMS GAP analysis + merger, and others as needed for successful alignment
Coordinate communication between HF sites
Review and approve proposed changes to existing global documentation framework as agreed through GAP analysis
Communicate project status to key stake holders across senior leadership & IMO
Assign and review work of various team members
Analyze production issues and modify incoming and production systems as needed
Work with cross functional teams including Design Engineering, Manufacturing Eng, Supply Chain, Production to support of continuous improvement initiatives
Implement strategic initiatives around improving internal quality practices and performance
Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze large datasets which support data driven decisions
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct reports planned
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Lift and move a minimum of 5 pounds without assistance
Work Environment
This job will be full time onsite professional office environment with some time on the manufacturing floor as needed. Remote flexibility on an as needed basis.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment and is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment can range from quiet to moderate to loud.
