Job Title: Quality Inspector

About the Role
We are looking for a mature and reliable individual to join a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring product quality by visually inspecting and removing defective products, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Visually inspect products and identify defects.
- Remove defective products from the production line.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols.
- Maintain attentiveness throughout production shifts.
- Be flexible with overtime to meet production demands.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail for identifying product defects.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Nashville, TN.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
