Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and CGMP standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in fabrication processes.
- Manage project timelines and resources related to quality initiatives, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, fostering a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management, including knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, Mil-Specs, and other relevant standards.
- Strong skills in quality control, inspection techniques, and conducting audits.
- Excellent project management abilities with a focus on achieving results through collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
- MUST BE PROFICIENT in using quality management software and tools such as CMM, Keyence Vision, Optical Comparator, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and various NDT tools.
- Ability to write FAIRs, SCARS, CAs, PFMEA, PPAP
- Facilitate ISO recertification and customer QA audits
