Gadge USA was established in 1993. Our company is a national corrugate, paperboard, and flexible packaging distribution and supply-chain solutions company with an expansive distribution network. We manage packaging portfolios across multiple categories, combined with a scalable service model, which delivers packaging solutions and continuous improvement to our customers.
We are currently recruiting a Quality Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of Gadge’s Quality Operations. You will oversee quality concern management, sample inspection programs, vendor quality performance, and regulatory compliance while partnering cross-functionally to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What You Will Do:
Quality Operations & Issue Management
- Responsible for overall CAPA process for any quality and service non-conformances.
- Own and manage the end-to-end Quality Concern (QC) process, including intake, vendor communication, escalation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and final resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of QCs, including credit management and disposition of goods, while maintaining accurate system data.
- Draft and approve QC documentation, including customer-facing conclusion reports.
- Per our KPI, establish and monitor time to close and resolve QCs.
Sample Inspection & Product Quality
- Perform first article inspection for new items, first production runs, and post-QC validation samples including hands on evaluation of product
- Ensure adherence to specifications including dimensions, substrate, print quality, and functional performance.
- Develop and maintain sample archiving and benchmarking standards.
Vendor Communication
- Regular interaction with Quality Resources at manufacturing partners to work through and support the efficient closure of all CAPA complaints
Reporting & Analytics
- Own and enhance recurring reports including QC reports and credit tracking.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Lead preparation and execution of FSC audits and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage customer-driven compliance requests.
- Complete customer sustainability RFI's
Process Improvement
- Develop and improve Quality SOPs and processes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Training & Collaboration
- Train internal teams on quality processes and systems.
- Partner cross-functionally to prevent quality issues.
- Quality Certifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, or related field.
- Ability to read CAD drawings and use measuring devices.
- 7–10 years of experience in quality, packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Experience with corrugated packaging or paperboard.
- Strong experience in root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Experience working with vendors or manufacturers.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working with third-party manufacturing facilities and meeting quality standards.

This role will be based in our office located at 3000 Marcus Avenue, Suite 3E03, Lake Success, NY 11042.
The salary range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience.
