Job Description
AECOM is seeking a QA Manager to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Calexico, California. The QA Manager will be assigned to one complex project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages the quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation process to ensure that AECOM quality management systems are being followed and evidence is recorded and maintained.
- Prepares and presents regular progress reports including reporting on key quality metrics including suggesting corrective actions.
- Ensures conformance to the required quality management standards.
- Reviews and comments on submittals, RFIs, and other technical documentation.
- Provides quality assurance oversight of the Contractor’s field operations.
- Develops punch lists and area turnover requirements.
- Coordinates commissioning requirements with Commissioning Agent and the Contractor.
- Coordinates third party testing and inspection on an as needed basis.
- Nights and weekends may be required depending on the Contractor’s schedule.
