Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance operational excellence and maximize customer satisfaction through quality management. This role is pivotal in analyzing repair outcomes and customer feedback to implement data-driven improvements.
- Internal Quality Analysis & Improvement:
- Develop and execute processes to track, analyze, and report on internal rework incidents.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify systemic failures and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Lead cross-functional teams to address trends in repair processes.
- Process Audits:
- Conduct regular audits of the repair workflow to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Customer Feedback and Operational Improvement:
- Manage and analyze customer satisfaction data related to repair quality.
- Translate feedback into actionable operational improvement projects.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and monitor key quality metrics such as Redo Rate and Customer Satisfaction Score.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management or Assurance, preferably in electronics, manufacturing, or high-volume repair.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Experience in cell phone repair (Level 2-3 Technician) is preferred.
- Expertise in RCA and CAPA implementation.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to various stakeholders.
