Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain the company’s quality procedures, standard specifications, creating and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
· Manage the workflow and assignments of the quality technicians.
· Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality assurance processes and solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
· Lead problem solving meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives, working to eliminate waste and improve quality, utilizing lean philosophies and 5S’s tools.
· Calibrate tools in accordance with AAE and industry standards.
· Complete quality documentation as required.
Required Skills:
· Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures.
· Experience with quality standards and tools.
· Ability to proficiently use and read measuring equipment.
· Ability to work overtime as required.
Experience Requirements:
· A minimum of two years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
