Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Nights
Location: SN15
Hours: Full Time – 38.5 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 8pm–8am)
Pay: Up to £22.25 per hour (including paid breaks) + 10% uplift for extra hours
Are you an experienced RGN looking for a rewarding and stable night role in a well-supported care environment?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team on nights at Somerhill, located in SN15
🔍 What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 4 years' experience working as an RGN in a care home setting
*
Confidence in delivering high standards of care during night shifts
*
Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centred approach
*
Please note: we are unable to consider newly qualified nurses or those with only bank/agency experience
📅 Working Pattern:

38.5 hours per week on a rolling rota:
*
Week 1: 4 x 12-hour shifts
*
Week 2: 3 x 12-hour shifts
*
Includes alternate weekends
*
Additional shifts paid at bank rate (currently 10% above standard)
