Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? We are seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the lives of our residents and leading a dedicated staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care facility to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a diverse team of care staff to deliver outstanding service.
Building strong relationships with residents and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
Conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain high-quality care and improve services.
Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of the service.
Leading recruitment, training, and professional development for staff to enhance skills and knowledgeRegistered Manager role requirements
Have been a CQC Registered Manager for at least 2 years
Experience in managing mental health care home settings
Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence based approaches
Ability to supervise, teach and mentor unqualified Staff
Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
