Registered Manager

Taking ownership of a high-volume, well-established service, this Registered Manager role offers real stability alongside the opportunity to lead a consistently performing branch. As an experienced Registered Care Manager or Care Home Manager transitioning into domiciliary care, you will benefit from strong infrastructure and an existing, capable team.

This position provides the autonomy to influence performance, strengthen team capability and drive sustainable growth, all within a structured national provider with clear support and direction.

Package & Benefits

Salary of up to £40,000 per annum.

About the Company
This organisation is a well-established care provider delivering high-quality domiciliary and extra care services. With a focus on strong governance, consistent delivery and localised support, they provide a stable and structured environment for an experienced Registered Manager to succeed and progress.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the CQC Registered Manager with full accountability for branch performance.
Lead and develop coordinators, supervisors and care teams.
Maintain compliance, audit standards and governance across the service.
Drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth across domiciliary care provision.
About You

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
Experience managing high-volume care services and multi-level teams.
