Registered Manager – Mental Health Residential Home
Stafford
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Amber Mace is recruiting on behalf of a well-established mental health residential service in Stafford, seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead an small specialist mental health home supporting adults with conditions including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, values-driven manager to take ownership of a stable service, lead a committed staff team, and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.
The Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overall management of the residential mental health service
Ensuring full CQC compliance and maintaining a Good or Outstanding rating
Leading, motivating and developing the staff team
Managing care planning, risk management and safeguarding
Budget management and occupancy
Building positive relationships with professionals, families and stakeholders
Promoting person-centred, recovery-focused care
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
Background in mental health residential care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and mental health legislation
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support
