Our client operates a medium-sized residential home in Greater Manchester, known for its commitment to providing high-quality care and a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The company values teamwork and continuous improvement, ensuring that everyone feels valued and empowered.

As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the residential home to ensure high standards of care.
Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and development.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies.
Implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided.
