A small specialist mental health nursing home in Torquay is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team.
About the Registered Mental Health Nurse role and what the home is offering:
A permanent full-time contract
Day shifts, working Monday to Friday 9-5:30
A competitive annual salary of circa £38,000, which is negotiable depending on experience

As the Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and management of resident care programmes. You will manage a caseload of residents and will lead a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of personal care.
What we're looking for in a Registered Mental Health Nurse:
RMN qualification preferred, but RGN or RNLD candidates with extensive mental health experience will also be considered
Will require at least 2 years mental health experience
Good clinical knowledge and understanding
Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
