Registered Nurse
Position: RGN
Location: Downham Market
Hours: 36 – 48 hours per week | Days or Nights available
Salary: £22.50 per hour + Paid Breaks

The service provides high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care for up to 60 residents. You'll work alongside an experienced, nurse-qualified Home Manager and a skilled care team, ensuring outstanding clinical care and a warm, supportive environments for residents.

RGN Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
– Administer medication and maintain accurate care plans
– Promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents
– Lead shifts and support junior staff
– Ensure compliance with NMC standards and safeguarding policies
RGN Requirements:
– A valid NMC PIN (RGN qualification)
– Previous experience supporting individuals with dementia
– A compassionate approach and strong leadership skills
