Location: Warrington

Pay: £20.50 per hour + Paid Breaks & Handover (£38,376 per annum)

Hours: 36 hours per week (Night Shifts) 

Shift Pattern: 7.15pm to 7.30am 

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding night role in a supportive, resident‑focused environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established care provider with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional nursing, residential, and dementia care across the UK.

As a Registered Nurse here you'll be joining a warm; modern, sterile and welcoming service in Warrington, a home to 42 residents many of who require residential care, the nursing care is mild dementia and general nursing/end of life care.

With a long-standing team, supportive leadership, and a strong CQC report, this is a workplace where both residents and staff genuinely thrive; there is 3 experienced managers on site – 2 clinical to support you in clinical decision making and auditing.

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a key member of the clinical team, you will:

–     Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory standards

–     Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the wider MDT to create personalised care plans

–     Oversee a CHAP assistant and 3 carers in the delivery of care across the unit 

–     Oversee safe and effective medication management

–     Safeguard and support the wellbeing of all residents

✔️ What We're Looking For in a Registered Nurse: 

–     Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin – RGN or RMN qualified 

–     Strong understanding of nursing standards and the NMC Code

–     Experience in person‑centred care planning – PCS system and EMAR

–     A natural leader who can mentor and inspire others

–     A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
