Location: Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire
💰 Salary: £21 – £25 per hour (Paid Breaks)
⏰ Hours: Full-Time 3/4 shifts avalibiable PW (Days or Nights)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiasic Nurse to join a dedicated team in Carmarthen In this role, you’ll provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and dignity. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and supervising staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Medication Administration – Safely and accurately complete medication rounds.
✔ Resident Care – Provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents.
✔ Autonomous Nursing Practice – Confidently manage shifts without direct supervision.
✔ Collaboration – Work closely with the Deputy Manager and care team.
✔ Clinical Duties – Carry out assessments, create care plans, and monitor residents’ health.
✔ NMC Compliance – Maintain an active NMC Pin and adhere to all nursing regulations.
Requirements
✅ Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
✅ Valid NMC Pin – Must be currently registered.
✅ Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Nursing home experience preferred).
✅ Excellent clinical skills – Strong knowledge of care planning and medication administration.
✅ Leadership ability – Confident in supervising and guiding staff.
