The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Regulatory Specialist”.
Support global regulatory activities by coordinating documentation and certificates for product registration across 80+ countries. Ensure proper notarization, apostille, and authentication of documents.

Location: Maplewood, MN
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay range: $35-37/hour on W2 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with global regulatory teams for registrations.
- Prepare, track, and manage regulatory certificates.
- Handle notarization, apostille, and document authentication.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing.
- Become a certified notary as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills; ability to work with global teams.
Preferred
- Experience in regulatory/documentation or life sciences.
- Familiarity with notarization or apostille processes.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
