Job Description
Research Associate I will support automation and flow cytometry functions for high-throughput cell-based assays in a cell therapy environment. The role involves assay development, automation support, instrument maintenance, and cell culture operations to enable high-quality data generation.
Education
-
B.S. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field with 6 months–1 year experience

OR M.S. in a related field with 0 years of experience
Required Skills
-
Hands-on experience with flow cytometry instrumentation and QC/maintenance

Experience with automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Bravo, Assist Plus, Mantis)

Mammalian cell culture (adherent and suspension)

High-throughput cell-based assay execution

Aseptic techniques in cell culture environments

Troubleshooting automation platforms and cytometry instruments
Preferred Skills

Experience with automation assay development and optimization

Familiarity with laboratory software/tools (e.g., Benchling)
