Respiratory Practice Nurse

Community role | Monday to Friday working | Specialist respiratory focus | Clear development pathways

If you are a Respiratory Nurse looking for a role that offers clinical autonomy, structured support, and sociable working hours, this opportunity gives you the chance to focus on what you do best. You will work in community-based GP settings, delivering specialist respiratory care without night shifts or weekend working.

This Respiratory Nurse role is designed for experienced nurses who want variety, professional respect, and the time to deliver high-quality, guideline-led care. You will be trusted to run clinics independently while being fully supported with training, development, and a clear progression pathway.

Package & Benefits
Salary £40,000 – £43,000 per annum plus annual bonus.
Company car or car allowance worth £5,400 per annum
Private medical insurance.
Reimbursement of NMC and RCN fees.
Subscription to PCRS.
Structured progression and ongoing professional development.
About the Company
Based in the West Midlands, you will be joining a specialist community healthcare provider working in partnership with GP practices to improve respiratory outcomes. The organisation is clinically led, highly regarded in primary care, and known for investing properly in its nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialist respiratory clinics within GP practices, managing patients with long-term respiratory conditions.
Conduct patient audits and support practices to improve respiratory care in line with local and national guidelines.
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to general practice teams to raise standards of care.About You
Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Minimum of three years’ experience managing respiratory conditions.
Hold relevant diplomas/certification in COPD, Asthma & ARTP Spirometry.
