Respiratory Practice Nurse

Are you a nurse passionate about respiratory care? Our client is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Practice Nurse in the North London area. With a strong reputation for delivering top-notch care across the UK, they are looking for individuals to enhance patient outcomes in primary care settings. This role comes with a salary up to £43,500 plus a company car allowance of £5,400 a year!

Enjoy a fulfilling role with a competitive salary and a range of benefits. You'll be working Monday-Friday 9-5 and receive an annual bonus, a car allowance, and private medical insurance. Additionally, the company offers a daily lunch allowance when working in practice, and NMC/RCN fees are reimbursed.

Our client is renowned for their commitment to improving respiratory care in both primary and secondary settings throughout the UK. They focus on delivering care that aligns with both local and national guidelines, ensuring the highest standards for patients with respiratory conditions.

The ideal Respiratory Practice Nurse candidate will have:
Current experience in COPD and/or Asthma patient reviews in primary care.
At least 3 years of experience managing respiratory conditions.
An interest in respiratory management and experience in spirometry.
A full driving licence and current NMC registration.
Desirable qualifications include COPD/Asthma diplomas and ARTP qualification.
As a Respiratory Practice Nurse, you'll be responsible for:
Conducting patient audits and delivering specialist clinics.
Providing mentorship and support to general practice staff.
Ensuring care aligns with local and national guidelines.
Working primarily in primary care settings.
Contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes.
Package and Benefits:
The Respiratory Nurse role comes with a comprehensive package:
Salary: £39,000 – £43,500 depending on diplomas.
Annual bonus incentive scheme.
Car allowance of £5,400 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).
Company pension and private medical insurance.
Daily lunch allowance when in practice and reimbursement of NMC/RCN fees.
Monthly broadband contribution and subscription to PCRS.
