Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) & Deputy Ward Manager
Location: Leeds – Private MH Hospital
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated mental health professionals to join a specialist inpatient service. Opportunities are available for both Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) and a Deputy Ward Manager, offering excellent career progression, a supportive environment, and the chance to make a real impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective nursing care within an inpatient setting.
Carry out risk assessments, care planning, and recovery-focused interventions.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Provide clinical leadership, staff supervision, and governance support (Deputy Ward Manager role).
Contribute to service development, audits, and compliance.
Requirements:
NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Experience within inpatient mental health settings.
For Deputy Ward Manager: demonstrable leadership experience in a senior nursing role.
Strong communication and teamworking skills.
