We are seeking a Senior QA Tester with strong Salesforce testing experience and hands-on exposure to UiPath RPA workflows. This role supports enterprise Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a QA Tester with at least 1–2 years on Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and data model.
- Experience testing Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud).
- Hands-on experience testing UiPath RPA workflows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce releases and regression testing cycles.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review business and technical requirements for Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps).
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
- Test customizations developed using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
- Support deployment activities and perform post-deployment smoke testing
- Ensure data integrity during integrations and data migrations.
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (where applicable).
