Pay Range: $100 – $102 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to lead the creation of a cutting-edge, agentic automation framework at Adobe, utilizing natural language processing to convert conversational instructions into automated actions. This role will focus on designing a backend system that can interpret tasks from human conversations and execute them through technology such as microservices, APIs, and robotic process automation. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient automation flows, driving the entire development lifecycle from architectural design to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a scalable backend automation framework translating conversational inputs into executable tasks.
- Integrate LLMs for parsing user intents, extracting tasks, and planning automation flows.
- Ensure the system's modular extensibility for future service additions without needing major overhauls.
- Optimize performance for low latency and high availability in LLM-driven services.
- Implement data security, collaborate across teams, and monitor system performance for continual improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in backend development languages (Python, Go, Java, Node.js)
- Deep experience with API design and external integrations, including social media platforms
- Expertise in RPA or VM-based automation for web tasks
Industry Experience:
- Extensive experience deploying LLM models and building backend systems, preferably in automation technologies or related fields.
