Job Title: Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML & Generative AI)
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – Onsite once a month)

Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist with strong engineering capabilities to build and scale AI/ML solutions. This role focuses on LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures, along with solution design and code optimization for production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI/ML models, tools, and data products.
- Work with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG frameworks.
- Architect scalable, end-to-end data science solutions.
- Optimize and productionize data science code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business insights.
- Build and deploy solutions using AWS AI/ML services.
- Mentor team members and enforce best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in Data Science/ML.
- Strong experience with: LLMs, Generative AI, RAG.
- Solution architecture & code optimization (Must Have).
- AWS stack (Must Have): Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Kendra.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of model tuning, scalability, and software engineering principles.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Agentic AI.
- Exposure to MLOps / CI-CD pipelines.
