Title: Senior QA/Test Lead (High Priority)
Location: Mclean, VA
Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: $50-60/hr on W2 without benefits
Overview
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced QA professional with strong end-to-end testing and test management expertise to support a critical integration initiative between the client and their Financial Services division.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in QA and testing
- Proven experience in end-to-end testing and test management
- Ability to quickly understand systems and contribute from day one
- Strong background working with ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Workday (preferred)
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with additional ERP systems
- Familiarity with modern testing tools and methodologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team in the testing process for the integration initiative
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues
