Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Contract Position | Juno Beach, FL | Coral Gables, FL | Plantation, FL Overview

Our client is a leading energy services company seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to join their Business Services Technology team. This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a seasoned professional with 11-15 years of experience to contribute to cross-functional projects that drive significant operational improvements. The role offers competitive compensation of up to $26/hour and the chance to work with cutting-edge testing methodologies in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive quality assurance testing across diverse, cross-functional projects of varying scope and complexity
  • Develop, execute, and manage sophisticated test plans, test cases, and testing strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned workstreams, providing technical guidance to operations and testing teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences through rigorous testing protocols
  • Execute both manual and automated testing procedures for business services applications
  • Document test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
  • Participate in project planning and provide testing effort estimations
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to testing best practices

Requirements

  • Experience: 11-15 years of professional QA testing experience, with proven track record in senior-level positions
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in test development, execution, and project management
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with business services applications and customer-facing systems preferred
  • Testing Methodologies: Proficiency in both manual and automated testing approaches
  • Documentation: Strong skills in creating detailed test documentation and defect reporting
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Location: Must be able to work on-site

Contract Details & Benefits

  • Duration: 12-month contract assignment
  • Schedule: Standard business hours (8 AM – 5 PM), 40 hours per week
  • Location: Juno Beach, Coral Gables, or Plantation, FL
  • Compensation:  up to $26.00 per hour
  • Work Environment: Professional office setting with modern facilities
  • Growth Opportunity: Potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs

This position is part of a contingent workforce program and may be subject to scheduled furloughs coinciding with select holidays.
