Job Title: Senior Scientist
Job Location: Pomona, CA | Pay: $40/hr – $46/hr
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations, experimental design, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a wide range of bench and/or instrument-based laboratory procedures with a high level of proficiency.

Independently design and execute experiments, including method development and optimization.

Analyze, interpret, and audit complex data sets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including QC audits.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.

Supervise junior staff and contribute to training and development efforts.

Ensure all laboratory practices meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with lab managers, technical directors, and department heads on project planning and execution.
Qualifications:

MS or PhD in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on laboratory experience.

Strong understanding of laboratory quality control systems and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
