Job Title: Sr. QA Lead
Location: East Windsor, NJ and unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
RATE OF PAY: $(phone number removed) to $(phone number removed) per year
Position Responsibilities:
Review business and functional requirements and technical specifications. Participate in the design process to understand, analyze and influence the application to be tested. Design, develop and execute test scenarios and perform test analysis. Design test plans, scenarios, automation scripts, and procedures in Core Java, Selenium, TestNG. Create API automation in REST Assured or Postman or any other framework. Perform maintenance of Automation code and modify it to match the new functionality or UI. Tests software application and set expectation and features priorities throughout development life cycle following agile methodology. Perform Tests on IOS/Android Native Application and Cross Platform Testing of web application. Follow and implement the CICD procedures by utilizing Atlassian Bamboo and Bit bucket by maintaining the repository in Bit Bucket (Git) and by building the new jobs in Bamboo. Identify manual regression test cases feasible for automation created in gherkin format and develop robust script to automate them. Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression and develop test plans and cases. Create, maintain and upgrade load systems including automation scripts writing. Develop efficient ways to test features and identify the area of testing that can be automated. Install and configure the system accordingly. Execute test cases, manually or in an automated fashion, capture and analyze the results, document issues and prepare test reports. Present testing results and progress to the management team. Use Test Management tools to create, maintain, track and execute test cases; as well as use the Defect Tracking tools. Analyze and identify the issues found during testing and work with the QA teams and/or the R&D teams to diagnose them. Understand the business aspects, as well as the ways the clients are using the system; and check if the system is performing as it should. Lead activity and test project capabilities by Planning, designing, preparing, and executing the tests. Lead team meeting with QA team and Plant management teams. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. Domestic travel required approximately 5% of time to various unanticipated client sites.
Required Skills & Experience:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in the related occupation of IT Consultant, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, or equivalent Utilizing tools such as Chef, Ansible, AS code pipeline, Azure, Microsoft tools Java and .Net, Load runner. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. Domestic travel required approximately 5% of time to various unanticipated client sites.
