Key Skills Required
- General quality experience in the medical device industry
- Design Assurance/Design Quality expertise
- Self-driven and independent with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma project improvement
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the quality lead representative on global quality improvement, cost-down, and efficiency projects
- Engage in, review, and approve qualification deliverables, protocols, and processes
- Ensure products and quality processes maintain regulatory compliance while achieving cost-down and efficiency targets
Products Supported
You will be a quality team member for Global quality (GOSC) efficiency projects across multiple products.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience, depending on education and experience
- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Location
This position is based in Minneapolis, MN, offering a vibrant work environment in a city known for its cultural diversity and economic vitality. The role requires onsite presence 4 days per week to collaborate effectively with team members.
