Details of this Staff Nurse position and what the service is offering:
A permanent contract of 36 hours per week
Competitive hourly rate of £23.06 – £25.37, equivalent to up to £47,492.64 per annum

As Staff Nurse, you will:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with dementia, cognitive conditions, and complex physical or emotional needs
Administer medications safely and effectively
Lead by example, demonstrating strong clinical and ethical leadership
Support care planning, reviews, and ongoing assessments
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
Ensure residents are empowered to direct their own care wherever possible
Applicants for this Staff Nurse position should meet the following criteria:
Active NMC registration as RGN or RMN
Previous experience within elderly care, dementia care, mental health, or complex care settings
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Kind, caring, and compassionate nature
Passion for delivering outstanding nursing care
Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
