Are you an experienced RGN, RMN, or RNLD looking for a dynamic role with variety and flexibility? Our client is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to support a luxury, purpose-built care home in Glasgow.

What the home is offering and details of this Staff Nurse post:

Fixed day shifts with a rolling rota (3 shifts one week, 4 the next)
43.75 hours per week
Excellent hourly rates of £25.00 per hour, equivalent of up to £56,875 per annum
A comprehensive induction and ongoing training, development and career progression
Get to work in luxury purpose-built care homes

As a Staff Nurse, you will oversee clinical and personal care across multiple services, ensuring high-quality care standards. You will lead and support nursing and care teams, maintain accurate care documentation, and ensure compliance with best practices.

This role is ideal for agency nurses seeking variety, flexibility, and enhanced pay without the uncertainty of temporary shifts.

What the home is looking for in a Night Staff Nurse:

NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
Must have at least 2/3 year UK nursing experience
No sponsorship offered for this role
Confident managing and implementing person centred care plans and safely managing medications
Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards
Very flexible to work a variety of shift patterns and to cover shifts due to sickness/annual leave, sometimes at short notice
