– Collaborating with colleagues in marketing and business development

– Collecting market intelligence and customer feedback to support commercial strategy

– Supporting scientific events, exhibitions, and conferences

– Keeping CRM records up to date and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, likes speaking with scientists, and thrives in a mix of technical discussion and commercial problem‑solving.

About You

You’ll be well‑positioned for success if you bring:

– A degree in life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline (essential)

– Experience in a customer‑facing or commercial role (highly advantageous)

– Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to simplify technical information

– A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own schedule

– Drive, resilience, and a positive mindset

– Fluent English (written and spoken)

– A natural curiosity and willingness to ask insightful questions

– A full UK driving licence

What You’ll Gain

– Structured onboarding and weekly sales training

– Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment

– Uncapped commission with rewards for new business wins

– Real progression opportunities within a fast‑growing organisation

– The chance to build a thriving territory and long‑term customer relationships
