We are looking for a professional and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team, working across three established dental practices.
Job Details:
Position: Treatment Coordinator
Hours: 3 days per week
Pay: £17-£18 per hour

About the Role:
This role involves working across multiple sites, supporting clinicians and patients throughout the treatment journey. You will play a key role in case presentation, patient communication, and ensuring treatment plans are clearly understood and smoothly coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
Presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients
Coordinating treatments across clinicians and sites
Managing patient follow-ups and conversions
Liaising closely with dentists and practice teams
Supporting scheduling and workflow efficiency
Maintaining accurate clinical and financial records
Upholding high standards of professionalism and patient care
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator within dental practices
Strong management and organisational skills
Confident communicator with excellent patient-facing skills
Ability to work independently across different locations
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
