We are looking for a seasoned User Researcher committed to crafting a robust user research framework and refining product experiences through insightful research methodologies. This person will also assist in creating the UI Research practice.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Support, and Implementation teams to leverage research insights across the product development lifecycle, enhancing customer influence on product evolution.
Take charge of designing, coordinating, and executing comprehensive user research initiatives.
Synthesize existing customer research to form a cohesive and streamlined customer engagement strategy that informs product enhancement efforts.
Detail critical user research tasks across phases, ensuring effective design and user experience outcomes.
Work through the entire project lifecycle: Discovery Phase, Design Phase, and Evaluative Research.
QUALIFICATIONS
8 plus years of experience conducting user research, with a 4-year college degree.
A background in life sciences or manufacturing is a plus.
Demonstrated senior-level proficiency in creating and implementing a user research framework.
Proven track record in initiating, designing, and conducting formative research studies.
Experienced in steering, crafting, and conducting summative research assessments.
Expertise in developing metrics centered around the user experience.
Ability to convey the importance and benefits of user-focused research in mitigating risks to stakeholders.
Collaborative partnership with product and design teams to drive informed decision-making processes.
Required to provide examples where research initiatives have positively influenced product outcomes.
Skilled in uncovering deep user insights that shape design and product strategy.
