FTE Conversion not expected for this role
Either fully remote or hybrid based on candidate strength. If hybrid, in office 12 days per month.
Working Hours: 8:30-5pm CST
Top Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree, with an Client on UX, design research, psychology, journalism, social science or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of UX research experience
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to facilitate collaborative sessions
Job Description:
This role will support Commercial and Institutional Banking with UX research.
- We are looking for a senior UX researcher with a strong foundation in research principles to conduct and deliver excellent user experience (UX) research for the corporate and commercial segments. This role will work with product and design to understand the business needs and craft research that answers critical business questions as well as crafting measurable objectives against which UX research work will be evaluated for success.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellent skills in stakeholder management, scoping, methodology selection, research, facilitation, artifact creation, and presentation skills. In addition, they will have experience executing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, analysis, and reporting be able to determine the best approach to the work based on the timeline and potential impact of the work.
This role will support Commercial and Insitutional Banking with UX research.
What You ll Do
- Lead and execute end to end UX research that supports business objectives and delivers measurable outcomes
- Design and conduct research using appropriate methodologies, balancing rigor with practicality based on project needs
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product, design, and business decisions
- Create high quality research artifacts and present findings in a compelling, accessible way for diverse audiences
- Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, business line clients, marketing, analytics, and other teams to strengthen collaboration and understanding
- Define measurable research objectives and evaluate success against those outcomes to demonstrate impact
- Uphold excellence in research quality, facilitation, storytelling, and insight synthesis
