The Specifics:
* The Compensation: A salary of $120,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with surgical experience) plus a 12% Superannuation contribution. An investment in the candidate's future that matches their value.
* The Time Off: With 4 weeks of annual leave, 1 week of study leave, and 10 paid public holidays, the successful candidate will enjoy 6 weeks of paid freedom every year.
* The Rota: A civilized rotation of just one Saturday in four.
* The OOH: None. Unless a candidate has a specific passion for midnight emergencies, evenings remain strictly for personal time.
* The Support: A $2,000 annual CE allowance and full professional indemnity insurance are provided. The clinic believes in footing the bill for excellence.
