As an experienced veterinary technician, you know what it takes to be successful. Some of the specific skills that we are looking for with this particular opportunity include:
- Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
- Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
- Competency in emergency and surgical care – including IV catheter placement
- Diagnostics – including radiographs, phlebotomy and sample collection, and in-house lab work
- Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff.
- Succinct documentation of patient records and client interactions.
Your talent and skill as a veterinary technician are certainly essential to your success in this role. We'll love your expertise, passion, eagerness to grow and learn, and ability to work well with a team. In addition, some other qualities are important to us. These qualities include:
- Ability to build rapport with clients. We are a specialty practice, and our clients have come to expect specialty-level care
