Ward Manager

Are you an experienced Nurse ready to lead from the front, or a Ward Manager looking to make a meaningful impact in a new setting? This is your opportunity to shape patient outcomes and inspire a dedicated team within a respected mental health rehabilitation service.

We’re looking for a confident Ward Manager to oversee a modern, purpose-built service supporting adult men with complex mental health needs. Located in Tadworth, this service champions recovery-focused care through structured, personalised support in a safe, therapeutic environment.

As Ward Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind clinical excellence and operational leadership. You’ll guide a team of passionate Nurses and contribute to an environment where both staff and patients can thrive.

What’s in it for you:

Salary of £49,000 per year
33 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays) plus your birthday off
Free meals and on-site parking
Enhanced maternity package and life assurance
Career development and training pathways
Employee wellbeing initiatives and retail discounts
Key responsibilities include:

Providing strong clinical leadership to Nurses and support staff
Managing the day-to-day operation of the ward, including staffing and budgets
Promoting high-quality, person-centred care that supports recovery goals
Fostering a culture of learning, safety, and accountability
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework
What we’re looking for:

Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
Proven leadership within mental health or complex care services
A proactive and supportive management style
Commitment to recovery-oriented practice
Whether you’re a seasoned Ward Manager or a Senior Nurse ready to take the next step, this is a chance to lead a team that truly makes a difference.
