We’re looking for a confident Ward Manager to oversee a modern, purpose-built service supporting adult men with complex mental health needs. Located in Tadworth, this service champions recovery-focused care through structured, personalised support in a safe, therapeutic environment.
As Ward Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind clinical excellence and operational leadership. You’ll guide a team of passionate Nurses and contribute to an environment where both staff and patients can thrive.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing strong clinical leadership to Nurses and support staff
Managing the day-to-day operation of the ward, including staffing and budgets
Promoting high-quality, person-centred care that supports recovery goals
Fostering a culture of learning, safety, and accountability
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework
What we’re looking for:
Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
Proven leadership within mental health or complex care services
A proactive and supportive management style
Commitment to recovery-oriented practice
