The Opportunity: Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at HealthTrust Europe. The Project Manager will work as part of the Project Management Team to plan, monitor, and manage multiple, diverse medium to large projects of high complexity across multiple teams, departments, service centres and client locations that have a direct impact on the organisation and are highly visible.
The role holder acts as a single point of accountability on projects, the role is unique as you will be acting not just as project manager but as a partner to business functions to support and mentor business leads on projects, support with portfolio management.

DUTIES (included, but not limited to):
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large projects across the organisation
Create clear project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and documentation
Track progress, manage risks and issues, and keep stakeholders informed
Ensure delivery aligns with business goals and expected outcome
Work closely with business leads to shape project ideas and turn them into clear deliverables
Coach and support teams that are less familiar with project disciplines
Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping
Work with technical teams to understand system impacts and deliver technical changes
Step into gaps where needed to help unblock delivery and maintain momentum
Communicate updates clearly and early, ensuring alignment and expectations are well managed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Solid understanding of project management methods and tools such as APM
Background in business change or process improvement
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile delivery
Ability to run workshops and facilitate discussions
Experience supporting digital or system transformation projects
Understand and interpret complex instructions, proposals, and contract language
A practical and proactive mindset with a willingness to dive in and get things moving
Confident working in environments with ambiguity or competing priorities
