Overview
Seeking an entry-level Lab Technician to support quality control testing in a hands-on lab environment connected to a manufacturing facility. This role will be cross-trained across both liquid and dry product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality control testing on chemical products (liquid & dry)
- Operate lab equipment such as viscometers, FTIR, and autotitrators
- Assist with sample prep, documentation, and quality reporting
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain lab cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Work closely with lab team and production floor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Chemistry preferred; Biology, Geology, Engineering also considered)
- 0–3 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Comfortable working in a lab + industrial/manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Word
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
