Position Overview
As a Business Analyst / QA Analyst, you will work in a hybrid environment, spending some time in the office for meetings. You will be responsible for developing test plans, executing tests, and documenting software defects. Additionally, you will identify business needs, document processes, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure test coverage.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and document software defects.
- Identify and document business needs, operational processes, and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and test automation.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows Server.
- Proficiency in SDLC – Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
- Intermediate experience with Visual Studio/TFS/VSTS.
- Experience with .Net Applications, ETL, and SQL Server (2008 R2 & 2016).
- SSIS/SSRS experience and extensive backend database testing knowledge.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Preferences
- Experience with API testing.
- Experience with automated testing.
