Registered Care Home Manager needed for a Care Home in Bury
Salary: £45,000+ per annum
Full Time Permanent
We are currently seeking a committed and experienced Registered Care Home Manager with strong leadership and management skills. The ideal candidate will have a fantastic background in elderly and dementia care, along with a thorough understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
Located in Brigg, this home is an attractive, medium-sized nursing home, that allow residents to continue with an independent lifestyle within a living atmosphere that is comfortable and caring. Situated in a quiet residential area, this modern home can offer high-end, comfortable accommodations set within private, beautifully landscaped gardens.
Key requirements for Care Home Manager Role:
To excel in this role, we are seeking a Registered Care Home Manager with the following qualifications and qualities:
* 2+ years of managerial experience within an Elderly Care Home setting
* Have a good understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, safeguarding and care plans
* NVQ level 5 or equivalent or Nurse Qualified
* CQC Registered

As a Care Home Manager, you will be a key leader within a caring and dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Being responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs
* Effectively managing your staff, providing guidance and on-going supervision and support, recruiting and onboarding new staff and continually develop and encourage your team.
* Ability to prepare monthly reports collected for the Board of Directors and the Care Quality Commission
* Good communication skills are essential to liaise with the residents’ families, friends, local authorities, and other healthcare professionals
* Ensuring the company’s high standards are consistently maintained across the service
