Position Overview:
A leading healthcare provider in Hickory, NC is seeking experienced Cath Lab Technicians to join a high-performing cardiovascular team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering quality cardiac care.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver both direct and indirect care aligned with patient safety and treatment protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions, effectively communicating with the healthcare team
- Create, revise, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Coordinate across departments to support patient transitions, including discharge and referrals
- Educate patients and families on treatment, procedures, and post-care plans
- Champion patient advocacy and uphold patient rights
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- On-call requirement: One night per week and every 5th weekend
What You Bring:
- Current ARRT or RCIS certification (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required within 6 months of hire)
- Associate's degree in Radiological Technology (or equivalent years of Cath Lab Tech experience)
- Critical thinking, strong communication, and ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
Preferred Experience:
- Background in hospital settings (Acute or Rehabilitation)
