Join our dynamic team as a Client Technology Analyst in Framingham, MA, where you'll provide essential technical support to Boston University faculty, staff, and students. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical, customer service, and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows and macOS).
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and application issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Assist with account access issues and MFA troubleshooting.
- Image, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS systems.
- Provide professional and responsive client service, documenting issues and resolutions.
- Participate in technology projects, gaining exposure to structured IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferences
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience supporting users in a higher education or enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- CompTIA A or similar entry-level certification.
