Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and lead a team of veterinary technicians, offering expert guidance, comprehensive training, and unwavering support.
Drive excellence in daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective workflows that enhance patient care.
Collaborate closely with veterinarians during surgical procedures, diagnostics, and treatments, playing a pivotal role in life-saving interventions.
Champion accuracy in medical records and uphold the highest standards of compliance with veterinary regulations.

Full-Time Benefits and Compensation
Compensation: $17-$25/hour, for each hour worked*
Bonus Package: $500 – $2,000 based on experience and credentials

Experience Required
5+ years of Veterinary Technician experience
Certified Veterinary Technician desired
Previous experience in a lead or supervisor position
Expertise in anesthesia monitoring, surgical procedures, and dental care is essential.
A passion for mentoring and training technicians and assistants, along with educating clients.
