Required Skills & Experience
" 4+ years of experience working with Mainframe systems
" 4+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL
" 4+ years of experience with JCL (Job Control Language)
" 4+ years of experience creating, executing, and documenting test scenarios and test cases
" 4+ years of experience in Healthcare Claims Processing systems
Preferred Skills
" Experience working with Medicaid systems
" Experience with Serena Changeman
" Experience with SQL
" Experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation
" Experience with CA-ADS (Application Development System)
Key Responsibilities
" Perform Quality Assurance activities for MEDS, MMIS, MMRS, and RMMIS systems
" Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
" Analyze healthcare claims processing workflows and validate system outputs
" Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
" Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders
" Validate batch processing jobs using Mainframe technologies (COBOL/JCL)
" Ensure compliance with Medicaid and healthcare program requirements
" Contribute effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
" Work independently with minimal supervision
