* Work across a variety of settings, including home visits, clinics, nurseries, and schools, adapting to meet each child’s unique needs
* Engage with families, building strong rapport to facilitate positive therapy outcomes
* Rely on both your problem-solving skills and regular supervision to grow your expertise while taking responsibility for your caseload from day one
You’ll be based in Littleport/Lakenheath/Brandon, with travel required to Ely, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, and Cambridge, with potential additional travel to Peterborough, Alconbury, Kings Lynn, and Huntingdon by agreement.
Reaching Your Potential
Our client offers regular supervision and comprehensive support to help you thrive in your role. You’ll have access to continuous professional development, opportunities for clinical skill-building, and a team committed to collaborative success and shared learning. In addition to your base salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn an annual performance-related pay increase, recognising and rewarding your contributions to the team. Furthermore, our client offers a monthly performance-based bonus, providing regular incentives and acknowledging exceptional performance. Beyond the financial benefits, this role offers the unique satisfaction of working closely with the same clients, building strong relationships, and witnessing their progress and growth firsthand. This direct client interaction provides a fulfilling and impactful work experience
