Practice Nurse
Background –
Menlo Park are working with a superb GP Practice near Truro, looking to add a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience and a background with Chronic Disease Management to join their close-knit, forward thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a genuinely forward thinking practice that really looks after its staff and provides opportunities to develop your career. They are looking for a Practice Nurse with strong Chronic Disease Management experience. You will have flexibility around start and finish times as well as the option to work full or part time. This is a superb opportunity for a Practice Nurse experienced in Primary Care.
Salary – £36,000 – £41,000 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 28 days AL + Bank Holidays + 1 week study leave + Indemnity + other benefits
