Overview: Are you passionate about driving excellence and ensuring world-class quality standards? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in upholding ISO compliance and enhancing product and process integrity. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead audits, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to elevate our quality systems and deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do:
- Champion ISO compliance by implementing and managing robust quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001 and related standards)
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality procedures and regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain essential documentation including SOPs, test plans, and inspection reports
- Analyze quality metrics to uncover trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Validate products and processes through rigorous testing against performance benchmarks
- Investigate customer complaints and process deviations, leading resolution and prevention efforts
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and resilience
- Mentor and train team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices
- Stay ahead of global environmental regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Conflict Minerals, Section 232) and ensure compliance
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 13 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Hands-on experience with ISO standards and quality management systems (QMS)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and auditing principles
- Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is a plus
- Strong grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data reporting skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
- ISO auditor certification preferred

Hourly Rate $25 – $30 / hour
